In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "689ph"refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 689ph.org, including all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "We", "Us", "Our"refers to 689ph and its operating entity registered in the Philippines.
• "You", "Player"refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 689ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account"refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 689ph platform.
• "Balance"refers to the funds held in a Player's 689ph account wallet, including real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds"refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or free bet credits granted by 689ph to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Funds"refers to funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC"refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine AML regulations and 689ph's own compliance framework.
• "Services"refers collectively to all gaming products offered on the 689ph platform, including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong streaming.
• "Terms"refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by 689ph.

By accessing the 689ph platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 689ph platform and close your account. Continued use of any 689ph service constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 689ph with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

To be eligible to register and use the 689ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR-context regulations. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or a Filipino national otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 689ph, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the 689ph platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

689ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time during the account lifecycle. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

To access real-money gaming services on 689ph, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. By registering, you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, current, accurate, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 689ph platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, GCash number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 689ph employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

As part of our compliance obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 689ph requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as a Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or Voter's ID.

Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days or upon reaching applicable thresholds may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 689ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances, including persons claiming to be 689ph support staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer, which is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Log out fully at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 689ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

689ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any transactions conducted through your account before you notify us of a security breach will be your responsibility.

689ph staff will never request your password via any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

689ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the payment method used and any player-set deposit limits active on the account
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily in your account dashboard or imposed by 689ph at its discretion

All funds deposited to your 689ph account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party to deposit into your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of Philippine AML regulations.

689ph does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed electronically through approved Philippine financial channels.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money laundering control ensures that funds return to their source. 689ph processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash & PayMaya: Same-day processing for KYC-verified accounts; typically within 1–3 hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Same business day for requests submitted before 15:00 Philippine time; next business day for later requests.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days subject to card issuer processing times.

Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions before processing is approved:

• Completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of 689ph compliance.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• No active account security review, compliance hold, or fraud investigation is in progress.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits applicable to the Player's VIP tier.

689ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, in line with Philippine AML regulations. Such requests will be communicated to the registered email address on the account.

689ph offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible registered players in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• Each eligible player may claim a given bonus offer only once unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower percentage rate, as specified in the promotion details.
• 689ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Activities that 689ph deems to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play to exploit bonus terms, placing bets with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation, and using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

By placing bets on the 689ph platform, you agree to the following general gaming terms applicable across all product verticals:

• All game results are final once the game round has concluded and the outcome has been recorded in the 689ph server logs. Outcomes displayed on your screen are considered authoritative unless a server-side discrepancy is confirmed through investigation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 689ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For live sportsbook bets, once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled except as provided under the relevant Cash Out terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game, table, and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.
• 689ph reserves the right to void any bet, withhold payment of any winnings, or request additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or system exploitation.

Specific game rules for each product category — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are published within the respective game interfaces and product information pages of the 689ph platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 689ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

• Using the 689ph platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the funding of criminal activity.
• Registering using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the 689ph platform, its servers, or associated infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players, particularly at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair gaming advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be reversed.
• Depositing funds on behalf of third parties or receiving funds from third parties for deposit into your account.
• Using a payment instrument without the authorisation of the registered account holder.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 689ph staff, live dealers, or other players.

689ph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to all account holders at no charge, directly accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification or be logged out after reaching a self-set session duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent gaming and cumulative session activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to gaming for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 689ph gaming services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

689ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible under Section 3, including being under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• As required by applicable Philippine law or regulatory instruction.

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login activity. 689ph may charge an administration fee on dormant account balances as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, and can reactivate their account by completing a 689ph login at any time.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 689ph support. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the withdrawal method on file for verified accounts. Bonus Fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content published on the 689ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of 689ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 689ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any 689ph content without express written authorisation.
• Use any 689ph trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 689ph platform.
• Create derivative works based on any 689ph content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 689ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 689ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the 689ph platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 689ph platform or any part thereof due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or governmental action.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions made based on information published on the 689ph platform, including game statistics, odds information, or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 689ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The 689ph platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

689ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 689ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 689ph, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise your data rights, contact us at [email protected].

689ph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the 689ph platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the 689ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms is always available at 689ph.org/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate when the Terms were last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute relating to your 689ph account or any transaction, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. To initiate a formal complaint:

1. Submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction reference numbers, and your desired resolution.
2. 689ph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
